City Parade

As an open, participatory format, the City Parade marking the opening of the Tanztriennale brings together artists and people of different generations and cultures. The City Parade is an invitation to the city to become part of the Tanztriennale: to dance along, to celebrate together, and to make community visible and tangible through the diversity of dance.

It invites people from all backgrounds and levels of experience to engage with dance through movement, participation and collective exploration. Community and shared experience are at the centre of this format.

Counter Balance
